1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "you") and 22abc ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the 22abc website and all related services, including online casino games, sports betting, live casino, crash games, and any other features made available through the platform.

By registering an account on 22abc, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise accessing the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 22abc platform.

2 Key Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions wherever the capitalised terms appear.

3 Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the 22abc platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. 22abc reserves the right to verify eligibility and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility criteria are not met.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 22abc strictly prohibits access by minors and enforces the 21+ age requirement without exception.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must register only one account per person. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual, household, device, or payment method are prohibited and will be closed.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information, including your full name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme and must not be using the platform in a professional or commercial capacity on behalf of a third party.

4 Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on 22abc. The following rules apply to account registration, maintenance, and security on the 22abc platform.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. 22abc will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure.
• You must notify 22abc immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or that your login credentials have been compromised. Contact 22abc support at [email protected] as soon as possible in such circumstances.
• 22abc reserves the right to suspend or close any account that it reasonably suspects to be compromised, used fraudulently, or operated in breach of these Terms, pending investigation.
• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party. Permitting another person to access or use your 22abc account is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date. 22abc may request supporting documents to verify identity, address, or payment method ownership at any time as part of its KYC obligations.

22abc reserves the right to close inactive accounts — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months — after providing reasonable prior notice to the registered mobile number.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules govern all financial transactions on the 22abc platform, including deposits and withdrawals by Bangladesh players via supported local payment methods.

• The minimum deposit on 22abc is ৳300. There is no maximum deposit limit, however 22abc reserves the right to apply enhanced due-diligence procedures for large or unusual deposit amounts.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing payment account is not owned by the registered 22abc account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the withdrawal limit of that payment method. 22abc does not process withdrawals to bank accounts or wallets that differ from the registered deposit method without prior verification.
• 22abc reserves the right to request KYC verification documents before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being declined.
• Standard withdrawal processing time on 22abc is within five minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions. Processing times for bank transfers may vary between one and three business days depending on the receiving institution.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

22abc offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions and to any additional specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented.

• Each bonus offer is available only to players who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated in that offer's individual terms. 22abc reserves the right to determine eligibility for any bonus at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual offer terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement on 22abc bonuses is 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the time limit stated in the individual offer terms. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• 22abc reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, the player's account balance will be adjusted to remove any remaining bonus funds and associated pending wagering requirements.
• Players who are found to be exploiting bonuses through systematic patterns of play designed to circumvent wagering requirements — including but not limited to bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or coordinated play — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts closed.

Welcome bonuses on 22abc are available only to new players making their first deposit. A player may only claim the welcome bonus once. Subsequent accounts created to claim additional welcome bonuses constitute bonus abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

7 Responsible Gaming

22abc is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the platform. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms and are binding on all 22abc account holders.

• All services on 22abc are strictly for adults aged 21 and above. 22abc prohibits access by minors and will close any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21, with winnings forfeited.
• Players may set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and wagering limits via the responsible gaming section of their 22abc account. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Players may request a temporary time-out from 22abc — a period during which their account will be suspended and access to the platform blocked. Time-out periods are available in durations of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from 22abc may request self-exclusion by contacting 22abc support. Once a self-exclusion request is processed, it cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 22abc platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent exclusion from the platform.

• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the 22abc platform in any way, including for the purpose of placing bets, claiming bonuses, or scraping data.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error will be voided and the account suspended pending investigation.
• Colluding with other players, match-fixing, or engaging in any coordinated activity designed to gain an unfair advantage over 22abc or other players.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or at any other point of interaction with 22abc.
• Using the 22abc platform for any money laundering activity or using deposits and withdrawals as a mechanism for transferring funds unrelated to genuine gaming activity.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts on 22abc for any purpose, including circumventing a previous account closure, suspension, or self-exclusion.

22abc cooperates with relevant authorities in investigating suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct. 22abc reserves the right to freeze account balances and withhold funds pending the outcome of any such investigation.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 22abc platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 22abc or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 22abc platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the 22abc platform without the express prior written consent of 22abc. Unauthorised use of 22abc intellectual property may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 22abc's liability to any player is limited as follows. Nothing in this clause excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

• 22abc is not liable for any loss of winnings, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential loss suffered by a player arising from any technical failure, server outage, game malfunction, connectivity issue, or any event outside of 22abc's reasonable control.
• 22abc is not liable for any loss resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including the consequences of account suspension or closure arising from a breach.
• In no event shall 22abc's total aggregate liability to any single player in respect of any claim exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• 22abc does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the platform at their own risk.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

22abc collects and processes personal data provided by players during registration, verification, and use of the platform. All personal data is handled in accordance with 22abc's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. 22abc uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the 22abc platform. 22abc does not sell or share player personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent.

12 Amendments to These Terms

22abc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 22abc will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the registered mobile number or by posting a prominent notice on the 22abc website. The updated Terms will take effect from the date of publication on the website.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes. Your continued use of the 22abc platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request closure of your account.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a player and 22abc, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through 22abc's customer support channel. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules. 22abc's decision on matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account actions shall be final, subject to any applicable mandatory consumer protection rights.
